What is the difference between the U32 Shadow and Helix?

The Helix uses a NVMe-based SSD, which is capable of up to 1050 MB/sec when connected to USB 3.2 Gen2 or Thunderbolt host port. The U32 Shadow will reach a max speed of 525 MB/sec.
