My Mobius 5-Bay lost power last night. Now my device won't power on at all.

We suggest removing the power cord and letting it sit 3-4 minutes. Then reconnect and power on. If there are still no lights or power, it indicates a failed power supply. Fortunately, the power supply is user-replaceable and available under the Accessories section of our website.
