Domestic USA Shipping
Orders placed prior to the following times will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after these times, it will be shipped the following day.
- USPS: 12 PM CST
- UPS Ground: 12 PM CST
- UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, 1-Day: 3 PM CST
A signature is required on all shipments that exceed $500 in value. This applies to U.S.P.S and UPS shipments.
International Shipping (Outside of USA)
We have partnered with FedEx Crossborder to service our international customers. At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to a Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, FedEx will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to a Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address. NOTE: All payment, shipping, or return requests should be submitted to FedEx Crossborder by calling (203) 683-4894.
Standard Return Policy
Products sold by Oyen Digital are covered by a Standard Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the item may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained by contacting us. All original equipment, manuals, cables, and packaging must be returned in order to process your RMA. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. The customer agrees to pay all shipping charges for the returned item. A replacement or refund will be issued after we receive the item. The original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable for non-defective items that are returned. A ten percent (10%) restocking fee will apply to non-defective products that are returned.
In addition to the Standard Return Policy, all Oyen Digital items include a manufacturer's warranty. Review our full warranty policy for information regarding warranty terms and conditions.
Advance Replacement Policy
Products within the warranty period can benefit from our advance replacement warranty. Under this policy, Oyen Digital will replace a defective product without requiring that it be returned first. This service is only valid for external hard drives and enclosures. Oyen Digital will cover all ground freight costs; any expedited freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
To request an advance replacement, call 1-866-768-0659, extension 2. To secure the advance replacement return, your credit card number must be provided. Should the product not be returned within 15 calendar days of the replacement productÃÂ¢ÃÂÃÂs shipment date, you will be charged for the full value of a replacement product. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", the item is not currently available for purchase. If the item is not identified as "Out of Stock", the item will ship the same day (if placed prior to our shipping cutoff time).
Order Cancellation Policy
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped. If the cancellation is received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Data Security for Returned Drives
Oyen Digital takes steps to ensure the shipping, testing, recertifying and recycling of disk drives meets or exceeds Best Industry Practices. These practices include a process of overwriting all addressable locations using digital zero patterns to ensure proper media sanitization.

When you desire to purchase a product, we require that you complete the checkout process using your name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address. Oyen Digital does not share any personal information with other companies or third parties. When you submit an order online, your credit card number is automatically submitted to the credit institution for routine processing. Your personal credit card information is not collected or stored by Oyen Digital.
