Should I defragment my SSD?

Defragmentation is not recommended. Defragmenting the SSD will create unnecessary read/write cycles which can cause wear to the flash memory and reduce the lifespan of the SSD. Instead, we recommend using TRIM. See the FAQ regarding TRIM for details.
