Is the MiniPro enclosure compatible with 12V hard drives?

No, the MiniPro enclosure is compatible with 5V drives only, which is the majority of 2.5-inch drives. Drives such as the Seagate Constellation and WD Velociraptor are 12V hard drives and are not compatible.
