How can I verify that my PS3 Backup file is on my U32 Shadow?

After the PS3 Backup Utility has completed the process of backing up the system's contents to the U32 Shadow, it will indicate success with a screen displaying "Back up completed". It will also list the file path and size of the back up file.

Unlike the PS4, you can not view a list of backups on the PS3 itself. You can only view the contents when the drive is connected to a computer.

The file path is PS3 > EXPORT > BACKUP. Inside the "BACKUP" folder you will find the automatically generated folders containing the backup data.
