Can I change my RAID mode array after I have put data on it?

No, because the stripesize or stripewidth of a RAID 0, RAID 0+1, RAID 0+1, or RAID 5 array can't be changed without deleting and recreating the RAID array. Changing the RAID mode will cause all data to be lost.

My Mobius spontaneously disconnected after long period of use.
Does the RAID system remain connected to the host computer and usable during the automatic mirror rebuild?
