Products sold by Oyen Digital are covered by a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the item may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained by completing the form below. A replacement or refund will be issued after we receive the item. The original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable for non-defective items that are returned. A five percent (5%) restocking fee will apply to non-defective products that are returned.

In addition to a 30-Day Return Policy, Oyen Digital LLC warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period as outlined on our warranty policy page. The warranty begins at the date of original retail purchase and is provided only to the original purchaser of the product and does not extend to any subsequent purchasers or owners of the product.
