Refund policy

Standard Return Policy
Products sold by Oyen Digital are covered by a Standard Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the item may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained by contacting us. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. A replacement or refund will be issued after we receive the item. The original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable for non-defective items that are returned. For refunds, a restocking fee may apply to non-defective products that are returned or drives with Lifetime writes exceeding 2% of storage capacity.

In addition to the Standard Return Policy, all Oyen Digital items include a manufacturer's warranty. Review our full warranty policy for information regarding warranty terms and conditions.

Advance Replacement Policy
Products within the warranty period can benefit from our advance replacement warranty. Under this policy, Oyen Digital will replace a defective product without requiring that it be returned first. This service is only valid for external hard drives and enclosures. Oyen Digital will cover all ground freight costs; any expedited freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

To request an advance replacement, call 1-866-768-0659, extension 2. To secure the advance replacement return, your credit card number must be provided. Should the product not be returned within 15 calendar days of the replacement product shipment date, you will be charged for the full value of a replacement product. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
