April 2022: This firmware update addresses I/O issues with 5 drive software RAID configurations. (Note: The update utility must be run from a Windows 10 or earlier computer.)
Mobius 5-Bay RAID (3R5-EB3):
August 2022: This firmware update adds compatibility with 20TB Western Digital hard drives.
February 2019: This is an optional firmware update that disables all HDD sleep states. It is not a required update and is only recommended if you are having difficullty with drives sleeping at undesired times independent of the OS.
