Mac OS Sonoma Users
Issues have been reported with Mac OS Sonoma and external hard drives that use the exFAT file system. The issue can increase the chance of data corruption. If using Mac OS Sonoma, we suggest to reformat the drive as APFS to avoid the issue. (For instructions on reformatting visit, Mac Formatting Instructions)
