Mac OS Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe Users
Issues have been reported with Mac OS Sonoma (OS 14), Mac OS Sequoia (OS 15), and Mac OS Tahoe (OS 26) with external hard drives that use the exFAT file system. The issue can increase the chance of data corruption. If using these OS versions, we suggest to reformat the drive to avoid the issue.

Mac — Disk Utility:
1. Connect the Oyen drive.
2. Open Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility).
3. Select the drive in the left sidebar.
4. Click Erase.
5. Choose a name, then select APFS or Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
6. Click Erase to confirm.
