(1) You will receive an email within 24 hours after placing the order that will include the RMA number and return instructions.
(2) The shipping service selected during checkout will be the service used to ship the repaired product to you. Free shipping is only available to the USA.
(3) If the product cannot be repaired, you will receive an equivalent refurbished item.
(4) All repaired/replaced items include a 90 day warranty.
(5) The repair service includes parts and labor for the enclosure. It does not include hard drive service or recovery.
