Oyen Digital LLC warrants products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase unless otherwise noted. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser (“you”) of the product and does not extend to any subsequent purchasers or owners of the product. The warranty does not include data recovery services. If you discover a defect, Oyen Digital LLC will, at its option, repair or replace this product with new or reconditioned product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number issued by Oyen Digital LLC. You can obtain an RMA number by emailing the warranty department at rma@oyendigital.com. The customer agrees to pay all shipping charges for the returned item. Along with each product returned for warranty service, please attach your name, address, phone number, and a copy of the receipt for the original purchase, as well as a description of the problem for which service is requested. This warranty does not cover the result from accidents, unauthorized tampering or attempts to modify, misuse of third party accessories, and/or failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual. Oyen Digital LLC will not, under any circumstances, be liable for direct, special or consequential damages as such, but not limited to, damage or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenues, cost of replacement goods, or expense or inconvenience caused by attempted data recovery. Oyen Digital LLC will have no responsibility for data and will have no liability arising out of any damage to or loss of such data while the product is in Oyen Digital LLC's possession. Oyen Digital LLC takes no responsibility for the services provided by our data recovery partners. All computer software provided with the product is done so on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind by Oyen Digital LLC. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of such software is with the purchaser or user. Should such software prove defective following its purchase, the purchaser (and not Oyen Digital LLC) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. Neither Oyen Digital LLC or its third party suppliers make any other warranty or condition of any kind whether expressed or implied, with respect to the Oyen Digital LLC products, and specifically disclaim the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose. |
