Oyen Digital LLC offers best effort data recovery for Oyen Digital hard drives that are within the warranty period. We offer "First Level" data recovery, which means we will use our experience with hardware and software in an attempt to retrieve your data. If your Oyen Digital drive can be fixed using these methods, we offer this service for free during the warranty period. Under no circumstance can we guarantee data recovery, but we'll give it our best effort. The customer must explicitly request data recovery at the time of requesting an RMA.

The Data Rescue Center's data recovery lab, which includes a Class 100 Clean Room, offers a wealth of experienced  technicians and engineers who are trained and experienced in the latest recovery techniques.
