We offer "First Level" data recovery, which means we will use our experience with hardware and software in an attempt to retrieve your data. If your Oyen Digital LLC drive can be fixed using these methods, we offer this service for free during the warranty period. Under no circumstance can we guarantee data recovery, but we'll give it our best effort. The customer must explicitly request data recovery at the time of requesting an RMA.
